Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Golden Track Reels, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") provided by KingsGroup Sookool.

By downloading, installing, or using Golden Track Reels, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the app.

This app is suitable for users of all ages. Parents and guardians who consent on behalf of a minor accept full responsibility for that minor's compliance with these Terms.

We occasionally update these Terms to reflect changes to our service or applicable law. When we do, we'll let you know in the app.

These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy as well — it explains how we handle your data.

Eligibility to Play

KingsGroup Sookool makes Golden Track Reels available subject to the following eligibility conditions.

Age Requirement
This app is suitable for users of all ages.

If you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian must read and accept these Terms before you use the app.

Legal Authority: By accepting these Terms, you confirm you are legally permitted to do so in your jurisdiction and have the capacity to form a binding agreement.

Prohibited Users: You may not access Golden Track Reels if you have previously been banned from our services, are located in a sanctioned jurisdiction, or are otherwise legally prohibited from using the app.

Account Terms

Limited License

Player Rules

Technical Violations (Prohibited):

• Modifying the app or game files
• Exploiting bugs instead of reporting them
• Attempting to access game servers without authorization

• No harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward other players
• No impersonating KingsGroup Sookool staff or other players
• No hate speech, discrimination, or offensive content
• No sharing other players' personal information without consent

Reporting Violations: If another player is behaving badly, report them through the in-app reporting feature or email our support team. We investigate all reports.

Golden Track Reels Intellectual Property

The content, design, and code of Golden Track Reels are protected by intellectual property law. Here's what that means for you.

What We Own
All content in Golden Track Reels — including art, animation, audio, music, characters, storylines, code, and interface design — is owned by or licensed to KingsGroup Sookool and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Permitted Uses: You're welcome to share gameplay clips, screenshots, and reviews on social media for personal, non-commercial purposes. We love seeing players share their experience!

What You May NOT Do

• Sell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Golden Track Reels's content
• Create unauthorized merchandise featuring our characters or art
• Claim ownership of our content
• Remove copyright or trademark notices
• Use our trademarks without written permission

Feedback Rights: Any suggestions or feedback you submit to KingsGroup Sookool may be used freely without obligation to you.

We provide Golden Track Reels without any warranty, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We can't guarantee the app will always be available, error-free, or meet your specific expectations.

Access to Golden Track Reels may be unavailable at times due to maintenance, technical problems, or factors outside our control. We'll try to notify you of planned downtime.

Third-party services and platforms integrated with Golden Track Reels are subject to their own terms and warranties. KingsGroup Sookool is not responsible for their performance.

Our Liability Limits

This section sets caps on KingsGroup Sookool's legal exposure in connection with Golden Track Reels.

No Indirect Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KingsGroup Sookool is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Golden Track Reels, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

If KingsGroup Sookool is found liable for any claim, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100 USD — whichever is greater.

Exceptions: These limits don't apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Dispute and Arbitration

This dispute resolution process applies to disagreements arising from these Terms or your use of Golden Track Reels.

Most disputes can be resolved with a simple conversation. Please email our support team first. If we can't resolve your issue within 30 days, you may proceed to formal dispute resolution.

Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than court, where permitted by law. Arbitration is faster, less expensive, and more private than litigation.

No Class Actions
You agree to resolve disputes with KingsGroup Sookool on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class action or group proceedings.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting these Terms by emailing our support team with 'Arbitration Opt-Out' in the subject line.

Account Closure

Your use of Golden Track Reels can end in several ways. Here's what happens when it does.

You Can Leave Anytime
You may stop using Golden Track Reels at any time. To delete your account and request data deletion, contact our support team. Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete your account or data.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account for: Terms violations, fraud, abuse, or conduct that harms the Golden Track Reels community. We'll provide notice when circumstances allow.

When your account is terminated: (1) access ends; (2) earned virtual items may be forfeited; (3) provisions that by nature survive (IP, indemnity, arbitration) remain enforceable.

We may discontinue Golden Track Reels with reasonable prior notice. Refund eligibility in such cases will be evaluated under applicable law.

Applicable Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the following legal jurisdiction.

The laws applicable in the jurisdiction where KingsGroup Sookool is registered govern these Terms, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles.

Venue: You agree that any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be filed in the appropriate courts of the jurisdiction governing these Terms.

Consumer Law Exception: Mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply to the extent they cannot be overridden by this Agreement.

Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between this version and any translation, the English version prevails.

We review our Terms periodically and update them when needed. Here's our update process.

How We Notify You
For material changes, we'll display an in-app notice when you next open Golden Track Reels and update the effective date at the top of this document. For minor updates (like typo fixes), we'll only update the date.

The effective date shown on these Terms is the date they apply. Using the app after this date confirms your acceptance.

If you don't accept updated Terms, stop using Golden Track Reels before they take effect. Contact our support team to close your account.

Miscellaneous

The following miscellaneous terms complete this agreement between you and KingsGroup Sookool.

These Terms and our Privacy Policy together form the complete agreement governing your use of Golden Track Reels, replacing any prior agreements.

Severability: If a court finds any part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest remains in force. The invalid part will be replaced by a valid provision that achieves the closest legal purpose.

KingsGroup Sookool's failure to act on any violation of these Terms is not a waiver of our rights. We can enforce these Terms at any time.

Assignment: You cannot assign your rights or obligations under these Terms. We may assign ours in a merger, acquisition, or restructuring.

Health & Safety

A small number of people may experience seizures triggered by certain light frequencies or visual effects commonly found in video games. If you or anyone in your household has a history of epilepsy or has experienced seizures, consult a physician before playing.
